# Add background color to the Email Templates

You can change the background color of each mail template.

Navigate to Spark Editor Pro -> Choose any email template.\
The background color/block color can be found in *style section.*&#x20;

The desired color can be selected from the color picker.  It is also possible to enter a desired color by providing the hex code in the Custom option.

After the desired color is selected, save the template.&#x20;

**Changing the color of each block**&#x20;

&#x20;​It is possible to change the background color of each and every elements in a block.&#x20;

Click on the block that you desire to add a color, and click on the background color section.

You can choose the desired color by selecting from the color picker.

You can change the color of each blocks as per your requirement.
