1. Navigate to the Wordpress Dashboard -> Spark Email Editor -> Addons, and enable the "Dokan Multi-Vendor" Addon

1. Select the template " Dokan New Support Ticket" template.

1. Select the desired design of the Template

1. Customize and configure the Template, and Save the Template
