**Scenario**

Create an Email Template for "Dokan New Support Ticket"

1. Navigate to the Wordpress Dashboard -> Spark Email Editor -> Addons, and enable the "Dokan Multi-Vendor" Addon

2. Select the template " Dokan New Support Ticket" template.

3. Select the desired design of the Template

4. Customize and configure the Template, and Save the Template
