Introduction

The Spark Email Editor offers a dedicated add-on for the Dokan Multi-Vendor plugin, enabling you to customize and enhance email communications within your multi-vendor marketplace. This integration allows for personalized notifications tailored to vendors, customers, and administrators, ensuring effective communication across your platform.

Make sure you have already installed and activated the Spark Email Editor plugin. Please note that the Addon explained in this doc can be accessible only in the PRO version. Do More with the PRO Version.

Requirements :-

  • Woocommerce

  • Spark Email Editor PRO plugin

  • The Dokan Multi vendor plugin for WordPress

  • The "Dokan Multi-Vendor " compatibility pack

Templates in the "Dokan Multi-Vendor" Addon

Scenario

Create an Email Template for "Dokan New Support Ticket"

  1. Navigate to the Wordpress Dashboard -> Spark Email Editor -> Addons, and enable the "Dokan Multi-Vendor" Addon

  1. Select the template " Dokan New Support Ticket" template.

  1. Select the desired design of the Template

  1. Customize and configure the Template, and Save the Template
