# Woocommerce Appointments

**Introduction**

The **Spark Email Customizer – WooCommerce Appointments Add-on** allows businesses to craft professional, branded, and highly customized emails for their appointment-based services. With an intuitive drag-and-drop editor and dynamic content placeholders, businesses can ensure seamless communication with their customers and staff.

**Required**: Along with these two plugins, you’ll also need the following WordPress plugins for this guide.

* WooCommerce
* Spark Email Editor

Below listed are the available templates:

**Scenario**

1. Create an Email template for "New Appointment"

Navigate to the WordPress Dashboard → Spark Email Editor → Addons, and enable the WooCommerce Appointments Addon to send automated appointment confirmations with key details.

2. Select the " New Appointment" template.

3. Customize and configure the Template and Save the Template.

4. Once after the customer Books a product, the mail with the New appointment template will be delivered.
