**Scenario :-**

Create an Email template for "New refund request received"

1. Navigate to the Wordpress Dashboard -> Spark Email Editor -> Addons, and enable the "YITH Advanced Refund System for WooCommerce" addon and Select the template "New refund request received".

2. Configure and customize the Template and Save the Template

3. If a refund is appealed or requested , a mail with the :"New refund request received" template will be delivered.
