This is because Gmail works 99% of the time and Gmail holds more than 70% of the market share. * If you are going to check in an email client like Thunderbird or Outlook, please make sure they are set to view the HTML content type emails. Because WooCommerce sends the emails as HTML. If your email client is set to render in text only mode, then you will not see a styled email. ### Method 1: Using the Send Test Email Feature The plugin comes with a built-in "Send Test Email" feature to test your template design. Sometimes this happens when the sending email account is flagged as a spammer. **Check SMTP plugin :**\ Install plugins like WP Mail SMTP to avoid using PHP mail through your web host.
